These terms apply when you access or play Vectors. By using the game, you agree to them.
Who provides the game
Vectors is provided by Nondeterministic Technologies LLC. In these terms, “Vectors,” “the operator,” “we,” and “us” refer to Nondeterministic Technologies LLC.
Entertainment only
Vectors is a fictional browser game. It is not air-traffic-control software, aviation training, navigation guidance, or an operational planning tool. Its maps, speeds, routes, separation rules, fuel limits, and airport layouts are simplified for play. Never use the game to make a real-world aviation or safety decision.
Permission to use the game
You may access and play Vectors for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms. This permission is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. It does not transfer ownership of the game or its source code, artwork, text, sound, design, or other content.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; try to gain unauthorized access to systems or other users' information; distribute malicious code; impersonate the operator; or use automated traffic in a way that disrupts the service. Ordinary browser tools, accessibility tools, personal score sharing, and good-faith security reports are allowed.
Scores and local records
Personal bests, preferences, and movement totals are stored locally in your browser. They can be lost when browser storage is cleared, changed, or unavailable. Scores have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not guaranteed to persist.
Support and external services
Ko-fi support is voluntary and does not purchase gameplay content, service levels, or ownership rights. Payments and any refunds are handled by Ko-fi and its payment providers under their terms. Social-sharing links and other external links are provided for convenience; the linked services are responsible for their own content, availability, and practices.
Names, marks, and game content
© 2026 Nondeterministic Technologies LLC. Vectors and its original content are owned by Nondeterministic Technologies LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Airport names, airline designators, geographic references, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Availability and changes
The game may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Features, traffic rules, difficulty, airports, and saved-data formats may change between versions. Access may be limited when necessary to protect the site, comply with law, or respond to misuse.
No warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vectors is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so those exclusions may not apply to you.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, records, profits, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated as the game changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continuing to use the game after an update means the revised terms apply from that point forward.
